My name is Shannon and I’m a mum to Caitlin, my beautiful daughter who’s just turned two. She’s my pride and joy – I don’t know what I’d do without her ?
I’m a chef by trade and for those people that don’t already know, it’s not a very -family friendly’ industry to be involved in, especially with the long hours.
